You must be specific when you pray and ask God for things. You also must have unwavering faith in God when you pray; you have to put matters into his hands. Prayer is kind of like baking a cake with God. You have the ingredients but you don't know how to put them togther that’s why we need Gods help. We often try to do things alone and when we try and bake that cake without Gods help it doesn't cook properly then you have to start all over from scratch. We pray and ask God for help but we don’t believe that he will do what he said he will do then we continue to do things on our own and when you do that you destroy whatever God has planned for you. You let others tell you that you are not worthy of God’s blessings but you are. You let people tell you that you aren’t good enough but you are. You let people make you believe you can’t do and be anything you put your mind to but you can. God didn’t give you a light to put it under a bush he wants you to let it shine. Instead of trying to put out everyone else’s light with our jealousy and negativity we must find the light within ourselves. God has given you just as much capability as he has given anyone else but we are so busy hating on other people that we can’t see the talents we possess. Prayer is a powerful tool that anyone can use, so use it to your advantage and watch it change things.

Take A Stand

You have to stay away from people talking about nothing and doing nothing. People are put in your life to either help you or distract you but its up to you to know the difference. We often let ourselves get sucked into that glamorous life, but what looks good isn't always good. They say all that glitters ain't gold. In life there is no easy way out you have to work hard to obtain things that will last. I know that i want more out of life and i won't let others distract me from my goals. Sometimes you have to stand even if you have to stand alone. We must stand for holiness and righteousness. You have to be willing to go the distance even if you have to travel alone. Your faith has to be unwavering because the devil is crafty, he knows your weaknesses but if you continue to pray God will strenghten you. If you don't stand for something you will fall for anything. If God is for you who can be against you? Take a stand on the word of God know what he said and know what he promised because it is the only thing that is true and eternal.

Even the Bible speaks of haters and naysayers, but just like Jesus paid them no mind you should do the same. It perplexes me how people find the time to talk about about other people when we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. I don't know about you but i have enough business of my own that i don't have the time to try and correct other people because correcting myself is a full time job. If you find you have free time on your hands use it to mind your own business and leave mine alone. Don't hate me because I'm beautiful or for whatever other opinions you have about me because i can promise you that you don't know me well enough to have any valid reasons to hate me. Expressing your opinions is fine but making derogatory comments about another person not based on facts makes you a hater. Ask yourself why are you really mad? Ask yourself why you are so concerned about another person that you feel its necessary to comment on aspects of their life that don't concern you? They say if you ain't got haters you ain't doing something right. So i just say thank you for the reassurance.
